When will I receive my order?
All of our Christian woven blankets and faith-based wall art pieces are made to order. This allows us to create meaningful, high-quality keepsakes crafted just for you.
Production Time:
Once we receive your order, it enters production within 12 hours.
Personalized designs are finalized quickly and then sent to production.
Please note:
Production time is separate from shipping time.
🇺🇸 U.S. Mainland Shipping:
Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days (excluding weekends).
Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska may take longer.

Where does my order ship from?
We partner with trusted U.S.-based production facilities.
Your Christian blankets and wall art are crafted and shipped from within the United States to ensure quality and reduced transit times.
Will multiple items ship together?
Not always.
Woven blankets and wall art may be produced in different facilities. If you order multiple items, they may:
- Ship separately
- Arrive in different boxes
- Arrive on different days
Each package will include its own tracking number.
Will I be charged customs or duties?
For international orders, customs fees or import taxes may apply. Your local customs office determines these charges, which are beyond our control.
We recommend checking with your local customs authority for details.
Do you offer gift wrapping or gift notes?
At this time, we are unable to include gift messages or gift wrapping because items ship directly from our production partners.
We are working toward expanding this option in the future.
My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?
Before contacting us, please:
- Double-check your shipping confirmation email for address errors.
- Check with your local post office.
- Ask neighbors if the package was delivered nearby.

All of our products are made to order through U.S.-based production partners.
Our woven blankets are woven, not printed, creating a textured, heirloom-quality design that won't peel or fade like surface prints.
Our wall art is printed using high-quality, fade-resistant materials for long-term display.
What size blanket should I order?

Perfect for a child or single-person lap blanket.
50x60 inches (Most Popular)
Ideal for sofas, couches, and gifting.
60x80 inches
Approximately the size of a queen bed (top coverage only). Great for couples or movie nights.

Refund Policy
What's your return policy?
Most of our products are personalized and made to order, so we can't offer returns or exchanges unless the items you receive are not what you expected. We strive to provide a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, so please reach out to us if you have any issues with your order!
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please get in touch with us at info@heirloomsoul.store with photos of wrong/damaged items, and we'll sort that out for you as soon as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
All orders are processed within 12 hours of placement. Once the production team has started, we cannot cancel.
Please understand that we're a two-person team just starting out, so when you insist on cancelling your order and demanding a refund, it means we'll have to eat the charges and pay out of our own pocket. Most of our products are also personalized, so we can't resell them. Thank you for understanding and supporting our small business!
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you're unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that's the case, please let us know at info@heirloomsoul.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we'll send you a new one or issue a refund!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
